Being in business for over 20 years, I have dealt with the trials and tribulations of many businesses – staffing issues, creating teams that work together, recognising and managing internal and external issues, pushing boundaries. But having lived with a debilitating disease, and seeing the resilience it takes to not only beat it, but smash all your expectations beyond it, gives a whole new perspective to dealing with situations.
